About This Spot
Charlie's Reef is an artificial reef in federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico, about 28 nautical miles off Captiva, Florida, in about 90 feet of water. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Artificial Reef Program lists steel and metal structures, placed in 1994, at this site. FWC's coordinates are those of one recorded deployment at the site.
